Step 1 | Consultation
One of our project design specialist's will schedule a site visit. At the site visit our project design specialist will discuss different design options, floor plan options, and project budget. We will take measurements and come up with a scope of work. Typically site visits last between 30min to 1 hour depending on the size of the project.
We will go over pricing for our design services during the initial site visit.
Step 2 | Plan + Ideate
The sketch from the site visit will then be given to our drafting team. This is where the magic happens on paper. The draftsman will come up with different options for floor plan layouts. Communication with the client will continue through this process to make sure not details are missed. Once the drawings are finalized they get sent over to our estimating team to prepare a proposal for the scope of work.
Step 3 | Build
Once the contract and required paper work for permitting is submitted, our construction team will be briefed on the project, materials will be ordered and your dream home or remodel will start to become a reality.
We will be in constant communication throughout the entire process and we promise to make the construction process as stress free as possible.
